Posting a project on
Projects Pool is FREE and enables all registered service providers world
wide the opportunity to see and bid to work on the project.
There are a number of sections to be completed these are;
- Project title one line project title.
- Description which should explain fully what the project consists entails.
- Deliverables should say what is expected at time of delivery.
- Ownership should state who will own the completed project.
- Support must state what level of post delivery support is required.
- Category that the project should be posted in.
These should be completed
with as much detail as possible. More information enables the service providers
to fully understand what is required of the project and enables more accurate
bidding on the project.
For additional information
there is also a file upload facility provided. This can be used to upload
specifications, diagrams or anything else that better describes the project. The
service providers can download these files and better understand the project. To
upload files they should be zipped ( .zip format ) into less than 2Mbytes and
uploaded via the browse and upload button.
NOTE : To enable fair
bidding, no contact information or personal details can be entered in the
project posting or uploaded files. Violation of this Projects Pool rule
and may result in suspension of membership. |
