Description :
1. web pages for user (judo clubs) registration/sign in/sign out/password reset, etc.
2. users can upload csv files (judo match records) to our database -- there will be some kind of data checking (e.g. headers, data format) before data is loaded to our server. Users will need to reload the data till the data is ok. And, there will be a confirmation page after data is received.
3. users can click a button for language preference -- we got japanese players and we will provide the translated pages
4. users will choose data templates before loading data -- the data fields are different due to different rules (there are roughly 5 rules/templates)
5. users can check account status (data from registration), change password
6. the target database is mysql
7. java 1.42 -- we will host it on godaddy.com

Deliverables :
What we will provide:
This is a test project for our association. We will provide rough contents including data temples with specified data fields, and you need to help us design simple look & feel, and the mechanism.
We like java, because we will provide some statistics comparison for international players & clubs.
What are the deliverables:
1. Java war file including source code (w/ comments) and required library
2. war file is deployed on godaddy.com
3. it's better if everything is developed in eclipse
4. code/html should be easy to modify -- our association just got started 3 months ago.

I believe that my background and practice are applicable to this job and I would like to deliver this project to you. The matter is very interesting to me.
The last biggest web application that I developed, completely written in java, is insurance management system with more than 150 users and ~ 50 simultaneous connection. For last two years this system become the main systems for remote users such as insurance company branches, brokers and retail merchants. The application has following main modules:

* endorsements issuing module;
* contact registration module;
* asset registration module;
* searching module;
* reporting module;
* printing (PDF generation) module;
