Description :
Background:
Advantage Technologies provides onsite network maintenance and technical support to small businesses. One of the services that we provide is regularly scheduled network maintenance. At present, we call customers to schedule this maintenance, but this process is becoming time consuming. Accordingly, we want develop a piece of software that will remind customers to call us when maintenance is due, as well as perform some other simple functions.
General Description:
Compatibility: 32 and 64 bit v of: Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2000, Server 2003, Server 2008
Appearance: The program should run memory resident, start automatically with logon, and install itself as an icon in the system tray. It should be similar in appearance to the “A” in the Advantage Technologies logo. It should be formatted such that it will not disappear with the automatic system tray icon hiding built into Windows.
Languages: Any industry standard language for this application will be acceptable.

Ownership :
Code Retention / Branding: Advantage Technologies requires and retains all rights to the code. We will require the application in both compiled format, and the original source code. No evidence of an outside coding agency will be allowed. All references inside and outside the program must show Advantage Technologies as the developer and copyright holder.
