Small Fixed Bid Projects -- 50 % as Initiation advance,50% after Project completion.
Large Fixed Bid Projects - 30% as Initiation advance,30% after completion of Design Phase,20% after completion of development phase and 20% on final delivery.
Retainer engagements - 100% advance for smaller team size.
50% as advance and 50% after completion of 15 days for Larger team size.
Time and Material - 50% Advance and 50% after the completion of Project
