4I Solutions, is an organisation established for BPO and Software solutions which mainly process the BPO works with in India and abroad. Presently we are handling US project for medical billing and Insurance processing. We had completed a software project and submitted the same to the client with 100% satisfaction for the client with the budget offered by the client and doing the BPO work for Medical billing and insurance processing, where the whole claims of the patients are billed and claiming the billed amount from the insurance. Before the patient is checked by the doctor we shall process the insurance documents and check for the eligibility for the insurance provided by the patient. If any authorization required for the insurance before the patient is seen by the doctor we shall go through the process of acquiring authorization for the same patient by the time of the appointment of the patient. Currently we had Two shifts one day and night shifts.
Achivements: We had achived the clients target by raising the claims collection from 55% to 85%. Updating the information needed for the doctors such as the Lab reports and the referrals from other doctors. We recently started one new project of Radiology, which was reffered by the Hospitals for which we are working.
