You must first register on Projects Pool. Then go to the "post project" page where there are a number of sections to be completed these are;

• Project title one line project title.
• Description which should explain fully what the project consists entails.
• Deliverables should say what is expected at time of delivery.
• Ownership should state who will own the completed project.
• Support must state what level of post delivery support is required.
• Category that the project should be posted in.

These should be completed with as much detail as possible. More information enables the service providers to fully understand what is required of the project and enables more accurate bidding on the project.
