Dear friends,
We all have our BPO companies, with 10 – 20 seats, or more, we are aware that, all are struggling for good and genuine projects. In our field most probably small BPOs are getting cheated by the group of cheaters in the ITES market, and other side, big BPOs, are getting advantage, they are getting projects/campaigns directly from end clients US/UK/AUS, since they have huge seats capacity, and they are not having any problem with client. They are earning in millions.
Friends, we have to look forward our progress in the ITES market, in order to utilized our infrastructure and intellectuals. Therefore, we proposed to decide, come together and make ourselves aware and form a small association with small BPOs/Call centers/Software development companies to strengthen our hands in the present days of crises,
If we come together we get strongest proponent of global business, this association will encourage its members to adopt world class technologies which is changing rapidly, and it must adopt.
