Description :
I need a php or java website coded.. really simple and it needs to look good.
the theme colors should be like www.pixel2life.com
This script would be able to customize peoples pictures.
When you sign up and login you upload your picture to be customize by someone already registerd or group (by admin).
when you login you can view all the pics uploaded by date (newest to oldest) to customize for the people (if allowed by admin). The uploaded pics will be listed as (Done) or not done for the people who wants to customize knows if it has been done (the uploader has the option to enable it as done customized picture).When done customizing the picture; you upload it to the place where the old picture was to compare and rate , also for the user to download of course. This script should be optimized, i also want to be able to control the whole website with admin settings.
